Should I ban Mike K. via the invision control options or should Mike K. suffice with the verbal ban that Mike K. just received from me in another post?

Given that 1) you're the owner and deserve a little extra consideration, that might be somewhat appropriate, but only on the assumption you're willing to put yourself above how others. He did respond in the NHB, after all.
However, given that until now I haven't seen you make such a demand of Mike or anyone else as policy, it seems premature. If you now ask Mike unconditionally not to direct obscenities at you and he continues, it would be appropriate then.
And of course, I would not ban people for their expression of opinions on issues, however stupid.

Since when is the 9/11 Commission the last word on anything? Knowledgeable people have opined that it was a limited bipartisan coverup.
Since when are they worth more than the sworn testimony of then-CIA Director Tenet? Yet you turn a dispute over facts into a stupid claim that I "lied."

The 9/11 Commission had access to documents and questioned witnesses in positions to know if there were operational ties between Iraq and al-Qaeda. Yet you seem to think you know better than a bipartisan panel that looked at the available evidence and concluded that no such ties existed.

Ha, ha, ha, rules like moderators like you falsely me accusing me of lying, over and over and over? That wasn't against the rules? Like being called a "Nazi" by a different moderator?

He kicks out the former administrators who kept the forum running on a remarkable stable basis, and hires a real, genuine palpable Nazi liar by the name of Rich Clem, who has NO discernible morals, and, as far as any of us can tell, no job, because he's on LF 24/7, and he's trying to get Rich to do his dirty work for him.
David, may I suggest you ask Rich by PM, since I really don't want all the nasty details spread out to see and wallow in, just how many forums he's been banned from, and how many times he's come back under sock puppet names. I can promise that the number will appall you.

I know you're paranoid about members leaving your craphole for that place, but you needn't waste your energy; you already saw to its success by driving most of your liberal members there. On the subject being discussed, I think it only fair to say that there is something telling in Rutstein's failure to actually ban me or delete my account, as I have been demanding. Maybe the name of this forum should be called the neutralforum or neuteredforum. Whatever it is, its no longer a Liberal forum.
In any case, oftentimes when I read threads here, its like a big train wreck happened right in front of your faces but the discussion is: why will the train be late?
